I of course will be scaling this one to almost a completely different workout again. Probably just some front raises and regular pullups. No back trauma for me please!
For proper form on the one-arm snatches, look for a video on the CF website. I'm pretty sure I remember one there.
I did a light 3-round routine tonight. It was easy but it still made me sweat!

Not sure my form was great but 3 rounds in 22:10. 20# snatches and L-Pull-ups
Check my bt blog....this one hurt.
Performed as Rx'd weight/reps/etc...took me slightly over 36 mins to complete!

had to watch the knees on this one...didn't go as deep. the form on these...i dunno if i got it right. either way...i feel the shoulders. i subbed pushups b/c i was at my apt gym and didn't have a way to do pullups.
