wow, they are blasting the shoulders this week! I broke these down into sets of 10 reps and then 5 reps for the last 15. shoulders are burnt, but still going to hit aa swim tonight. Can't wait to see the WOD for tomorrow!

I'm slacking! Not lack of mojo..but lack of time. Starting grad school is killing me (someone tell me why i thought an engineering masters would be a good idea...). anyway, i'm getting back on it, not tonight, but the next workout. if not, i fully expect my arse to be kicked by ya'll!

Randy as prescribed, 12:15. My form is terrible, I think I need to work on my form more than anything. Did the first 45 in 6 minutes, last 30 in 6 minutes plus. I got more looks from yesterdays workout than I did with Randy.
