2011 has started off with some major challenges. Healthwise, I have been put in some fairly difficult positions. Financially, I've been stressed as well. The only way to keep my focus is to keep working out, and to set challenging goals for myself. I will have to stay vigilant not just for a year or two...but for my whole life. Being faced with...well what's been handed to me...is a lifetime commitment. Operation: ROBOT is the result of my renewed focus.

wow, they are blasting the shoulders this week! I broke these down into sets of 10 reps and then 5 reps for the last 15. shoulders are burnt, but still going to hit aa swim tonight. Can't wait to see the WOD for tomorrow!
I'm slacking! Not lack of mojo..but lack of time. Starting grad school is killing me (someone tell me why i thought an engineering masters would be a good idea...). anyway, i'm getting back on it, not tonight, but the next workout. if not, i fully expect my arse to be kicked by ya'll!
Randy as prescribed, 12:15. My form is terrible, I think I need to work on my form more than anything. Did the first 45 in 6 minutes, last 30 in 6 minutes plus. I got more looks from yesterdays workout than I did with Randy.
