Three rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Time - 9:34
I'm pretty sure this is a PR.
Run splits - 135, 139, 147

Did the whole rest of the workout without stopping except once in round 3 when I did 11 DB swings and then 10 to finish up. Did all three rounds of 12 pullups with no coming off the bar to rest.

Wow, was I winded after this one, true lung burner. I forgot to time each round but certainly took the speed down on the 400's in the second and third rounds. Had to lay down to catch my breath after this one.

Hey guys/gals!! I did a version of Helen. 3 rounds of 21 D-bell swings (Ok, I'm an idiot, I used 50#'s instead of 55#'s), 12 pull-ups and 400M Row For time. 11'20"
I got really PO'd when I saw these guys making fun of the way I was doing pull-ups..motivation..first round was 4 minutes flat and the last 2 was 7'20"...lol.. You all have a great week..I'll check in but I'm off to Gulf Shores tomorrow.
