We did this one on 080111 for comparison.

Scaling:
Depending on your ability, scale the DL weight down and do 21-15-9, or scale the reps down to 15-9-6 and do the RX'd weight.

Sub the HSPU's with decline pushups.

Set 1: 20Bench/16 pullups
Set 2: 14/14
Set 3: 8/12
Set 4: 7/8
Set 5: 5/6

Finished out with core work to get to 105 total reps...may jump it up to 125 for March.
