I did the runs on a treadmill...no track at my new gym.

Run 800m (354, 350, 344)
50 Back extensions
50 Situps
Total time - 23:35

I'm not exactly happy with the run times. I should be faster. I did them on a treadmill and it took forever to get up to speed.

Michael in 21'28", runs were at ~4min ea round, xtension broken down to quick sets of 15,10,10,10,5, situps worked through in straight sets

Completed Michael in 23:10!!! Rather than "Holy-hell,-that-workout-is gonna-crush-me" this crossfit workout seemed to avoid the weakness of my upper body. I almost puked, but it was still a more enjoyable workout for me.

Michael Buttercup style in 14'53" Thought I was gonna toss my cookies because I haven't been really running much, but I was dedicated to running the full 400m at a time. Next time, I'm gonna be up to 800m like ya'll Big Dawgs!

Actually did this workout today (1/10) rather than yesterday.

Did my own variant:

800 m run
20 back ext
30 sit-ups

time: 17:13

Got scolded by one of the trainiers at my gym for hopping off the treadmill before the belt had come to a complete stop!
