OK I'm the worst mentor! I totally skipped tonight's workout so I could run at a nice leisurely pace with my friends. I will make up this workout tomorrow.

I did the Filthy "F#$%ing" Fifty today since I already had a run planned for today and missed my Crossfit workout yesterday. That was absolutely brutal. Took me almost 40 minutes even though I cut out the double unders and wall balls due to lack of equipment. I'd have to say I lost that fight, but I'm sure we'll get a rematch soon. I'm looking forward to it... sort of. :)
Another soldier that had to wave the white flag today and surrender tothe Filthy Fifty! Got through 5 burpees at 32mins and began to feel lightheaded, tried to switch to tuck jumps, but only managed 10. Also, looking forward to rematch once I'm back to 100%
