Today's workout was supposed to be
Deadlifts 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
...but I decided to take a rest day, my body is begging for a rest. I will do it tomorrow along with tomorrow's WOD, which is gonna be a killer. Handstand pushpus, L pullups, walking lunges...ouch.

Will complete this one tonight and try to catch up some. This morning's WOD was brutal, each set, my "L" kept sliding more into a straight pullup!
